Complaints Procedures

What should you do if you need to make a complaint?

If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of our services, please tell your instructor so that they can try to fix the problem.

If you cannot agree on how to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may contact my employer Raglan Watersports Ltd on (07) 825 0507 and ask for the matter to be referred to the Owner Justine Quarrell or send an email to [email protected] or put in writing to 7a Main Road, Raglan.

Your complaint will be acknowledged, investigated and we will endeavor to resolve the issue within 20 working days.  All complaints are taken seriously and any improvements or changes to prevent a reoccurrence will be made.

If we still cannot agree on how to resolve the issue, you can contact Worksafe New Zealand – Adventure Activities – (which activity) - industry body.
